Parasite ID

Hi! I have traveled extensively in developing countries, which made me first believe I have parasites. After years of testing and worsening symptoms (autoimmune, chronic illnesses, along with habitual symptoms like brain fog, bloating, weight gain +/- 50 lbs from 90lbs - 140). The other day, a huge white clump that looks like a wad of gum, and blobs of mucus with blood streaks, and red veiny "jelly beans." I had a parasite test from the Parasitology Center in AZ, but they all came back negative :( At 21 years old, this is pretty tough to deal with. I just finished humaworm and am now on Parasmart. Any chance someone could ID?
