Thank you for the response and the support. I am glad to know that I am on the right track. Thank you for the encouragement. I am going to keep going. My original goal was 40 days, but now, I think I am just going to listen to my body and let it tell me when to stop. I am really enjoying this experience and have come to learn a lot about how food was controlling me and not me controlling food. My intent was to do the Master-Cleanse to kick off improved eating habits and now have found that I am discovering more about me and my body.
