I'm on day and I'm having the exact experience you're having except for a headache the first evening of day, probably because I worked out in the gym for 2 hours - but still had normal energy.
I wonder if the amount of solid eliminations is connected to food intake before the fast. Do you normally eat a lot of meat and cooked foods? I've had about 10 pounds of meat over the last years and I primarily eat fruit smoothies, salads, and cooked veggies with an occassional pizza, cookies and a loy of potoatoe chips and some fries. So I wonder if the lack of meat and heavy jumk food causes the absence of solid eliminations.
