Re: Does L-Gluatmine Feed Candida? When to add L-Glutamine into Candida Diet?

L glutamin does NOT feed candida. It helps deal with leaky gut - the main cause of candida - L GLutamin and other amino acid will help restore the intestinal lining.

I have used L-GLutamin along with plain jello ( no Sugar no flavor) that I would die with fruit tea and sweeten with stevia or xylitol. Jello is full of amino acid. Amino acid (the basis for protein) is essential to restore damaged gut.
