One last question from what I read cavitation has pain involved correct and it takes time for cavitation I think I just need the ligament removed that wasn't it's been 3 months since I had that canal tooth pulled does this mean that I don't have cavitation yet and the ligament just needs to be removed I'm kind of confused about if I have cavitation or not pain is a sign right?
