Vertigo & worms in spinal fluid

Vertigo from parasite infection is getting unbearable . I have a systemic parasite co infect, vertigo feels like Iam on a boat, like rocking back and forth, I am pretty sure there are worms in my spinal fluid and my nails are super thin and brittle, I am alergic to milk. Calcium supplements cause me to bloat. I am on an antidepressant that helps with the vertigo a little but i have to work and the vertigo is just too much to handle.its almost worse than being eaten alive by worms. Has anyone had any sucess in getting rid of vertigo or worms in the spinal fluid?
