Yes when you rub the aged urine into the skin over your entire body you feel really invigorated.

I don't what's happenning exactly when the urine ages, except that it's got some serious healing power.
I suspect it is something to do with the stem cells, hormones and enzymes, likely there is even more going on.
Martha Christy also admits now really fully understanding what is going on and how the urine is working, other than it indeed is working on a variety of level.

Regarding the flushing action of the bowel from drinking all you daily urine.
I think it is just that a cleansing action by your body.
I've had it happen sometimes just from drinking my entire morning urine, 500-750ml.
