Hi, it may be that the UT has begun working on something else which you might not be aware of.
Also;
Vary your practice a little.
Try external massage with aged urine. Spend a good 30 minutes rubbing into you skin, all over the body, especially the head and neck.
The Hindu yogis talk of doing this three times a day. That kinda alot of work. Just once a day is effective.
The few times I've managed three times a day you do notice how good it is.
The older the urine seems to better.
At a certain point during the massage the rank odor goes away.
Just rinse off with water, no soap. This leaves the skin feeling fresh and new, with a slightly pleasantly different scent.
No one really seems to understand what is exactly going on, other than the fact that some dramatic healing is taking place.
I speculate it has something to do with the stem cells and growth hormones in the urine.
Anyway switch back and forth between internal and external use.
Also the longer you let the urine age it seems to get less and less rank odorwise.
Someone here mentioned that their 10 year old urine smelled like blackberries!
I got really interested in the external use after reading about how the early Everest mountain climber Hillary used the urine body rub to help with the cold and effects of altitude. He learned this from the Tibetan monks and sherpas.
John Armstrong also emphasizes the powerfull aspects of external applications of the urine.
I switch back and forth between drinking my morning pee and the massage with the old pee.
