Thanks for your advice. Interesting b/c I've already tried most of the things you are recommending. My friend squeezed my head and pulled my ears back and also tried applying pressure to my hand b/t my thumb and first finger....

The naturopath said for me to use Ginger compress on my back so I used the sachet with ginger and put it in the microwave. I wasn't sure about putting in on my neck b/c the instructions I was given said not to use it on the back of my neck.

Any reason why I shouldn't apply heat to the back of my nect when detoxing???

I've also tried sitting in the child's pose.. which seemed to relive it a bit.

It's so strange that even laying on my back hurts my head.
