This is interesting, i had extreme facial hair also, as well as on my chest, Urine therapy totally grossed me out, but would try it in the shower, after a month i noticed a significant decrease in chest hair, and nearly two months until i noticed a drastic reduction to my facial hair. I applied it topically but also drank a 1/4 cup morning and night. I also tried my husbands urine, its not gross at all anymore.
