Hi Tanya,
I have PCOS too. Have a very high insulin level, double of what it should be. Doc prescribed metformin but I have started with this therapy since last ten days. I take around 100- 150 ml of fresh mid stream urine everyday. Could you let me know if this is sufficient or there is something else I need to do? I took projestrone to get menses the last time. In how many months after this therapy is started does the menses become regular?
