Is this a parasite?

I've been sick for months..years.. blood tests, oral scopes under anesthesia etc... mention parasite to the doc they look at you like an a**hole.
Been doing a parasite diet for a week now and passed some weird stuff. This one came out after a nasty cramp. Is it a parasite? Thank you! Tweet
