A lot of times when people say "I lost 80% of my hair in 3 years" they didnt really lose 80% of their hair. Do you have pictures from 3 years ago and current to show that you literally have gone from a full head of hair to having only hair 1 inch from the edges of your hairline and only in the back? Because that would be 80% hair loss.

If you actually lost 80% of your hair and it was patchy then you're dealing with an autoimmune condition. If you've thinned out a bit or begun receding then youve probably lost about 10% of your hair density and thats typical male pattern baldness, which is almost always associated with the things youve listed (oily skin, etc)
