Re: I'm really depressed and scared :(
Hi scaredsickgirl, first off take a deep breath and try to calm yourself a bit. You are not alone in this and you are taking the first steps in getting your health back and that is a good thing. I know its easy to let the mind wander but stop worrying about hypothetical things that may or may not happen, focus on what is currently happening with your body.
Battling
parasites can be equal part mental warfare as it is physical warfare. You must squash negative thoughts before they take hold.
parasites cause nutritional deficiencies and release toxins/chemicals, both of which can throw hormones out of whack and spin you into a depression. When you start having negative emotions/thoghts you need to take a step back(figuratively) and tell yourself "these are not my thoughts and feelings, these are the
parasites and I do not accept this". At this point do something that makes you feel good, for me its putting on some headphones and listening to some music while sitting outside in the sunshine visualizing a beach somewhere, for you it may be something else. Meditation/gratitude go a long way. Think of 2 or 3 things that you are grateful for every single day. Close your eyes, focus, and visualize each one with as much detail as possible and immerse yourself in the positive thankful feelings. Spend at least 5 minutes on each thing each day.
As you start killing parasites they will release toxins and don't be suprised if all types of negative emotions start coming out of you. If you recognize this and know why it is happening you can fight back using the techniques above. Aside from the
parasite cleanse I would also suggest you clean up your diet as much as possible, do some bowel cleansing, kidney cleansing, liver flushes, open up your detox pathways as much as possible, etc. This will take approx 3-4 months to accomplish, at which point you can re-evaluate where you are at in the journey. There is plenty else to do/try but these things should be the foundation you build from.
If you havent read
Hulda Clark 's book The Cure to All Diseases it may be a good place to start. She presents a lot of information so dont be overwhelmed. Here is a link to the pdf of the book... (Edit: this forum wont let me post a link but just google "The Cure to All Diseases pdf" and it should be the top result.)
Hope this helps. Stay focused and stay positive, you will get through this! Best of luck,
- Justin
