Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. WS gave you some good advice.
Fever means some infection in the body. My first suggestion is to take one tablespoon of Turmeric powder in warm water twice a day. Drink warm soups. Khichree with yogurt/Turneric soup is an ideal meal for your condition. Also drink ginger tea twice a day.
Fruits are fine, whole fruits with fiber does not have that much much negative effect.
Other things you can take is Black-Walnut tincture in water twice a day or olive leaf extract, or oil of oregano to fight the infection.
