Dark Urine and Prostatitis due to Candida?

Dear all,

I've been suffering for a while now and although the symptoms are improving I still need your counsel and advise because I just do not understand what's going on.

Three years ago I had sex with a lady and soon after the tip of my penis started itching. I got stressed out and went to the doctor which give me some regular STD tests. Nothing showed up, however he gave me some Antibiotics against Chlamydia. The itching remained, went back to the doctor and tested for parasites. Nothing was found however he gave me a very high dose (4 x 500mg I believe) to kill Trichomoniasis, if present.

The Antibiotics did not work and the stress levels were reached its limit. I never felt so terrified in my entire life. Later I was diagnosed with a depression.

3 - 4 weeks after the Antibiotics my gut started hurting and I had the worst diarrhoea ever. It lasted for two weeks, but then everything recovered. Three months after the 'incident' I suddenly had this gut pain and the diarrhoea started again. I felt something strange and suddenly the Prostatitis was there.

I went to the doctor again and was checked for all STD's but also possible parasites etc. Nothing was found. I moved on to the urologist who said that my prostate was not enlarged, PSA values were normal and IGA values also. He concluded that it had to do with my Chronic Pelvis Pain Disorder.

At a sudden moment I noticed some red dots on the tip of my penis and realized that this might be a fungal infection. I applied some cream which did not completely cured it but reduced the spots significantly. Later I was able to fully heal it using some vinegar.

After 1.5 years my urine, which was normal still, started turning darker and foamy. Went to the doctor again and mentioned that everything was fine after testing. Until this day my urine changes quite a lot and I guess it might be related to big meals with a lot of carbohydrates (not sure yet).

After 2.5 years I ordered a test online to check candida in my stool (which was still abnormal). Nothing came out of this test. A second test confirmed the presence of Candida however not in very large numbers.

I then decided to order and take antifungals for 30 days which did not solve the problem. I got the feeling that the symptoms got less and at a sudden moment my stool started to become 'normal' again. The prostatitis and abnormal urine remain.

(Liver etc are also fine)

Some questions for you:

1. Is it candida and why did I never experience any die-off?
2. Could candida cause dark and foamy urine?
3. How big it the chance, after many STD tests, that its still bacterial?
4. Whats the best treatment?
5. Does prostate massage work (read a lot about it)?
