Lugol’s Iodine Free S&H
J.Crow’s® Lugol’s Iodine Solution. Restore lost reserves.

I am on day two of the cleanse and I did the salt water flush yesterday. I took my BP at the doctor's moments ago and it was 173/98. I do have HBP, but it has been normal for over 6 months on meds. So I DO NOT suggest doing the salt water flush.
I took my BP meds today and will stay on it until it's regulated again and then I may try a modified cleanse.
