I can second this. Fearmongering about distilled water is just because of thinking groundwater is 'as nature intended'. If anything, some groundwaters can in fact be draining, like when some minerals are in high particle count and the body has to pull on co-minerals to balance out the levels in the blood after drinking.

I'll be honest, there are times when distilled water simply tastes better and satisfies more.

Technically you can add Seasalt to make a saline solution for adding the eyebright to. The distilled water should be gentle on the eye, but saline solutions (the same salt percentage as tears) are the standard for eye-rinsing.
