Milk is different with different suppliers............

You are so right. Over the last 4 years I have used 5 different suppliers. A couple have gotten out of the goat milk business and a couple have a small herd of goats. Seems all of their goats stop producing at the same time and it will be months before I can get more. Then I look elsewhere. The one I use now I have only used the past 2 weeks.

It seems that each change of suppliers, the kefir is different. Only slight changes, but different.
