Which colon cleanse before Moritz liver flush?

I am not sure which bowel (and kidney) cleanse to do before the liver flush.

In the past I just did the Liver Flush (4 times), but now think that was a bad idea, as I never did a formal Colon Cleanse other than psy + bentonite. Tweet
