awesome link TY!.....so they gave 1gram....not milligram (mg).....they gave 1 gram (G) daily for worms....I took 1,000mg twice a day myself before, it is poorly absorbed, but I am not sure why they did the dosage of pyrantel the way they did? it is supposed to be 50mg/kg not 10..??

I know the dosage for humans in pyrantel is 50mg/kg or 100mg/kg if using it for tapes, once daily on either dosage.....

but now if you are trying to treat something like giardia, it is best to do a twice a day dose more similar to an Antibiotic for 3-5 days.
