Thank you very much for your response. I will look into the things you mention. Any help is so very much appreciated. The anxiety can be so difficult to cope with.
As far as I am aware, my digestion is pretty good, although during bouts of anxiety digestion seems to suffer. My diet is good (no processed foods, sugar, white flour, etc.). I currently take magnesium. I'm interested in taking the glutamine. I have some at home already, actually. I'll look into this.
