Parasites help please

Hi I really need help. I just found I have piinworms, tape worms I believe. My doctor didn't believe me until I passed one and took pictures to show him. I believe I have had this foe sreveal years. Years ago I would have have pain in my left side really bad now I have that same stabbing pain but now I know it's a parisite. I have lost do much weight. I want as 180 pounds now I'm 115 and I'm 5"5. I lost all my hair, just lost my job. These things are all over my body. I believe if I can get them out my back and feet I can walk. I have not tried a lot of stuff but this is what I'm on now from a holtic doctor Simon Yu. Gallbladder Nano 1 teaspoon a day 4x a day, Hepatica 20 Drops 4x a day, Allernest 20 drops 4x a day, Solidago 30 drops a day 4x a day, GB-40 Yuan Source 1 tab 4x a day. This is for 3 months. Parisites meds. Albendazole 200 mg 1 tab 4x a day, Mebendazole 100 mg 1 tab 4 times a day, Ivermectin 12 mg 1 tab 4x a day Praziquantel 600 mg 1 tab 4x aday, woorwood 3 tablets 4x aday, all the parasites are for 10 days. Also take Parasitin 6 tab a day. After I finish the parties meds I start the Gallbladder Liver Flush which consist of Malie Acid and Ultra Phos for 4 days put in water drinking a quart a day for 3 days 4 day 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive olive with one tablespoon of epson salt on 12 oz of water with a whole freaky lemon in the evening or bedtime immediately after that lie on your right side with knees up to your chest for thirty minutes to stimulate the liver and gallbladder to see green objects in your bowel movements. Can some please tell me how to get rid of them from my back, feet, scap, lungs and get my skin back and them stinging me. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
