Parasite eggs? (PICS)

Please help identify. I've passed some other weird looking cotton ball looking things but I flushed them before I realized I shouldve been taking pics. I've also passed some weird stringy mucus. These were the weirdest though, and came out while doing a cleanse of DMSO, wild oregano, Colloidal Silver , SSKI and a raw diet. I have crohn's (under control) but after I started to clear out all these parasite looking things I've been having Arthritis like symptoms, inflammation in my hips which is resolved, and now in my ankle. Sorry for the gross pics.
