I'd like to do this but without some indication of what is wrong with me I don't want to make any more dietary changes or do any detoxes.

They couldn't even do a nutritional urine test because ''I was dehydrated'' even though I followed the instructions to the letter and drunk the exact amount of water before doing the sample. My creatinine levels were high (out of ranged). It's not the first time either, my blood test results commonly show high heamoglobin and I'm asked if I am dehydrated at the time of the test and I say I don't know. I drink more water than most people, I'm always drinking the stuff. Makes me think I do have a problem with my adrenals but standard doctors so far have been useless. Tweet
