This was sad to read. I'm searching far and wide for some sort of supplement, anything to make being vegan without having candida possible but I can't find anything other than reaffirmation that sometimes you just have to eat a certain way whether it aligns with your morals or not. Heartbroken beyond belief but I'll have to accept it at some point. I've come across so many supplemental "cures" only for them to stop working a short time later. The medicine is in the diet, sadly. It's painful to realize the most holistic approach for my candida is eating animals. I loved them. I'm tempted to just suck it up and live unhealthily because I don't want to eat my friends.
