Re: A Vegan No More - The Story of a Recovering Vegan

More often than we think we find ourselves changing gears. That is life. Sacrificing our health or ourselves as whole is not the answer to accomplish the knowledge of the right and wrong when talking about animals cruelty, which I am totally against. But how to protect animals while having them in our diet? I don't know. As an Information Science researcher what I know is that we humans are omnivorous by nature, that is a fact, and that our body doesn't respond well on changing a way to metabolized nutrients that began in our genes, long before our cave's life. Thinking about those many whose respond well to Veganism, what I doubt based on our metabolism, and that others certainly won't, what I think is that our health and state of mind must to be well, so we can make changes on animals cruelty.
