I am by no means an expert and can't answer most of your questions, but my thought is if the herbs haven't gotten rid of everything by now, they probably aren't going to. The parasites may have even become resistant to them. I have read precautions about using Wormwood long term, but don't remember the repercussions. If it were me, I would be ready to try medication.
