If your body needs to get rid of toxins you should continue flushing until you are better. Take a quarter teaspoon Epsom Salt in the morning w breakfast (i mix w water), and drink a fresh lemon squeezed with water 30mins before your breakfast and add 2g of spirulina. Take milk thistle 500-1000mg afterwards. Msm and dmso, fresh pineapple, papaya seeds in lime juice are all daily additions you can use to flush your liver . Dont take the Epsom Salt every day only periodically. If your stool turns green it means your liver is dumping toxins so these substances should be continued until it is back to normal. Papaya seeds might be too strong so caution is advised. Only at own risk. Spirulina can be added 30 mins before each meal, 1g or 2g eaxh time if yoor stool gets very green to absorb toxins. Spirulina is more natural and gentle than charcoal. An immune boost is advised afterwards as well as probiotics with lots of yoghurt.
