I agree with the Adrenal Fatigue diagnosis made by my nutritionist because:
1. It happened after I was staying awake for 20 to 30 hours at a time, for a week at a time, for my job.
2. When it initially happened, I had pain in my arms for weeks, indicating low Adrenalin.
3. I do have high cortisol levels, and I'm guessing it is because my adrenal glands are still producing it well, but no longer have the ability to slow down or stop producing it when needed.

Mal-nutrition may be a contributing factor but I have excellent health except for the Adrenal Fatigue. I don't even catch influenza.
