Hi there,
I can't remember what dose I took but it didn't help me.
I don't know if that means much though as I have a sleep disorder which is suppressing my immune system so I don't think anything works right now.
I would try it and see.
Or try SF722. It also inhibits the yeast from morphing into the hyphal form. A lot of people have had success with it.
