Regarding your anti-TPO antibodies, I can only tell you that I had triple digit anti-TPO's a few years back, and following the removal of the three Amalgam fillings I had they were down to single digits within 6 months, and now hover between zero and one.
I cannot tell you that you will get the same results I did, but your doctor will tell you there is nothing you can do. That is what mine told me.
Not very many dentist's want to do that kind of work because they then have to deal with a toxic substance called Mercury. Yet that same dentist will place that same toxic substance in your mouth, about an inch and a half from your brain.
Go figure.
