Because you will literally feel like hell warmed over on powerful natural Antibiotics like neem oil, oregano oil, etc if you are in a very toxic body.

Have your use of activated charcoal well-practiced before you bring out your weapons, then you'll prevent yourself getting damadged when you start the battle. :)

Coconut oil at 3tblsp to 1-2 drops oregano oil should do the sores well. That's a good starting dilution for oil pulling/mouth rinsing with the mix, too. If you start to swallow some, that's when you'll want the activated charcoal at 1/2 tsp-1 tablespoon dose in water. (Depends upon how severe the situation is!)
