If you're hungry, drink more, and/or add more syrup to your drinks. You can cut it back again when you're ready.
I, too, had hunger issues later than normal. The important thing is to realize that most of what you're feeling is "head hunger". I almost gave a few times over the last few days, but I am SO glad I didn't. Now I'm on Day 9 and I know I can make it. So can you. Just take it one drink at a time and keep those drinks coming at the first sign of hunger (or before you get hungry) and you'll be amazed at what your body is able to do with the extra time/energy!
