I was worried about the exact same thing after my first cleanse. However, after I completed the cleanse, I ate healthy foods (not even raw, just healthier) and kept the weight off with no problems. It wasn't until I failed to keep up my new found health and resumed eating junk that I started putting weight back on.
SO - eat healthy and you'll be good to go! Hang in there, you'll get past this and feel so proud that you didn't cave in!
