I came off a 12 day last month and had no 'bowel readjustment problems'(otherwise known as BRP, hehehe...). I did OJ day 1 off, but felt so shaky the morning of day 2 off I had oatmeal & oj then vegie soup the rest of day 2. Stuck to whole grains, vegies, hummus, fruit the first few days with no bad effects. By day 7 I even had a 1/2 of a hamburger, ack! I've stayed pretty focused on no dairy or meat since, of course eating as much vegies and whole grains as possible, and have kept weight off, my bowels happy, and feel great.
