You mention the fibers ,they are not worms ,so what are they? . Worms eat hair (keratin and melanin are components of human hair ) do you know worms poop . It's called castings. Article mention collagens , worms eat tissue , guess what human tissue is made from collagen . Strongyloides b4 they encyst wrap them selves in a cocoon made from our hair and tissue .
