Re: Iodine deficiency?
It's both
Iodine deficiency AND being overloaded with parasites. They exhaust the body's mineral reserves and make you play the role of trash collector for their poop.
parasite cleansing works. I tried the
Hulda Clark cleanse first, but have gone towards pine tree essential oil (Google
Jennifer Daniels Candida Cleanser).
You've done amazingly well to focus so strongly on diet! Well done, and respect. <3
Get some potassium
Iodide crystals or a bottle and apply it to your skin in a weak dilution. (if you're bold, 1 drop
SSKI on the tip of the big toes, rubbed in, to test your reaction. If you're careful, dilute it in 1 dl distilled water and apply drops of that to the soles of your feet.) Using it internally before
parasite cleansing can be exceptionally harsh. Naturehackerproducts (dot com) is a good source of
SSKI solution (buried somewhere in his health remedy posts!) and Trapper sells bottles of
SSKI as well.
From my personal experience with
Lugol's 30% (1 drop to 1 liter water in the beginning) and 1 drop SSKI to 1 glass of water per day, I REGRETTED NOT DOING THE
parasite CLEANSES FIRST.
For reals. Major emotional and body detox, even to the point of feeling suicidal at times.
However, I don't go without my SSKI bottle in the morning! (Female, age 35, have had cancer and diabetes type 1 (still a prob).)
I'll caution you to
1) parasite cleanse first,
2) buy your bottle of SSKI,
3) read thoroughly about the cofactors (nutrients) necessary for the body to handle
Iodine internally,
4) start taking SSKI internally only AFTER you have purchased the cofactors and familiarized yourself with how to handle
Iodine detox. (salt flushing and actively using the cofactors)
Peace and bless in your search,

BtW, change of shape of freckles on thighs- body deposits trash in the dead layers of skin as an alternative way to cleanse itself. Means the liver and kidneys need rinsing/
parasites eliminated.
