My advice is to get diagnostic tests from your doctor. I have twin sons that were diagnosed with SIBO and later Crohn's disease.

Your symptoms sound serious but not the same as my sons have suffered. We had no idea they had SIBO or Crohn's before the testing.

Find out exactly what you have and then check out Curezone for ideas. The medications my sons were given from the Drs. caused terrible side effects without helping their conditions even slightly.

We tried every alternative treatment we could find and probiotics, aloe vera, accupuncture, Chinese medicine helped. But what made the biggest impact in reversing their conditions was marijuana. Obviously I wasn't crazy about the idea, but if was really curing them of this horrible disease - I couldn't object.  In fact I'm very greatful that it's helped them.  

But again, have tests done and fine out what you really have. I'm obviously not a fan of mainstream medicine but for diagnostic purposes it's the place to start.  Good luck!
