candida, yeast, or bacteria?

ll begin by saying I believe I have also been suffering from a parasite infection, strongyloides and have found a lot of support on that forum.

But after receiving my up GI results, I also learned I am positive for
Candida sp.,
candida dividing,
pinworms
klebsiella sp bacteria
proteus vulgaris bacteria

Can you identify either a parasite, fungus or bacteria? Using child microscope at 4x and cell camera. thanks
