Black Specs, need help with parasites

I have an itchy anus, and hair loss on the scalp. This is accompanied by dandruff and itchiness on the scalp.

I suspect either candida or parasites even both to be the cause.

At night the anal itching is at its worse, usually around 10 pm to 12 am then I am asleep afterwards.

I have wiped many times and see black specs. I am assuming they are eggs of some sort or flukes.
