Liver pain after olive leaf extract

I recently did a stool test for SIBO and it came back

4+ citrobacter freundii
4+ klebsellia oxytoca

The citrobacter showed susceptibility to uva ursi and the klebsellia was resistent to everything. However, ive seen people have success against klebsellia with olive leaf extract so i decided to try that.

While eating low FODMAP I first did a week of uva ursi, then replaced that with the o.l.e. No problems while on the uva but a few days after the o.l.e. i started getting a dull, achy pain in my liver and feeling pretty lethargic. I stopped for a few days and the pain didn't subside so i thought it may not be the olive leaf and started up again. Within an hour my liver was hurting worse and the lethargy was back.

The uva ursi was the one i was worried about liver issues with, not the olive leaf. However it has been the other way around. The problem is i stopped a week ago now and the liver pain hasnt improved at all. I have no other symptoms that would make me think herx or detox and no amount of coffee enemas, Epsom Salt baths or juicing has helped.

I've done 6 Liver Flushes in the past year and always get some stones out but never anything to write home about. I had also done one about 2 weeks before starting the o.l.e.

Any thoughts? Im pretty stumped.
