Re: ER Escapade

I used to have breathing problems. Staying in a constant state of contraction, my lungs refused to relax. Gasping for air, with my mouth wide open, I was often ridiculed for "catching flies". I spent two years studying nutrition and allergies. It is estimated, one in three people have a sub-clinical allergy to soy. Sub-clinical allergy means the allergy to soy would not register with in the range recognized for a soy allergy. Also your doctor will never tell you to eliminate soy, because the Soybean Growers Association is very powerful. Also it is becoming politically incorrect food. Soy represents processed food. Soy is in everything. Assume all vegetable oil is soy. Soy lecithin is in all candy and chocolate candy bars, etc. Only a whole food, paleo diet allows one to avoid soy. I lost 20 pounds when I eliminated soy from my diet.
