Re: Dr. Wilson Nutritional balancing program

In the beginning I had to make huge changes to my diet. I was drinking alcohol, a vegetarian eating lots of soy and raw veggies and fruit and gluten and sugar. Now I'm eating lots of cooked veggies and eggs and chicken and sardines. My typical day is eggs with gluten free toast, then veggies like broccoli or kale with turkey for lunch, then more of the same for dinner. I eat snacks like pickles and chips and carrots throughout the day. I need a lot of calories and do my best not to eat fruit or tomatoes but, like you, I allow them on occasion. I eat carbs every day, but no gluten. I can't seem to keep enough calories in my stomach without carbs. I'm sensitive to onion, mustard, garlic and ginger, which all increase detox, so if I eat them it's because I want to speed things up. Sometimes more progress feels better!
