Re: leaky gut ? Candida
If you test positive for H. Pylori you must get rid of it because it is compromising your whole digestive system. Making protein digestion extremely difficult because H. Pylori is urease positive and produces ammonia by using the urea in your saliva to neutralize your stomach acid.
Urease enzyme+Urea(saliva)-> Ammonia+Carbon Dioxide which usually means burping while you are trying to digest protein because your stomach acid is being neutralized with every bit of saliva that you swallow. The high histamine levels and cortisol trigger saliva release.
If you have a Pylori infection then you will also have Leaky Gut which is why you have the
food sensitivities . High histamine levels which stimulate the release of saliva which they want so that they can convert it to ammonia to neutralize your stomach acid. Be aware that such high levels of ammonia, enough to neutralize strong stomach acid stops energy production which is why you feel tired after meals. Carbohydrate foods such as fruit and veg which do not need stomach acid should be easier to digest and should not produce as much tiredness. Although they will produce an immune reaction which will lead to some tiredness. This might also produce SIBO and can lead to parasitic infection because your stomach cannot protect you from harmful organisms being ingested. Pylori is not the only bacteria which can do this and there are no tests for the other Urease positive bacteria.
I urge you to do everything you can to destroy the Pylori infection. Fortunately there is quite a lot of information on treating Pylori, even natural treatments and herbs which can treat it. Look for eflux pump inhibitors specific to Pylori as these will help destroy it.
Taking some Omega 3 would be helpful and might help reduce inflammation.
Your liver and all body systems will be under a considerable load which will require high levels of nutrients.
Digesting protein properly should help a lot but you might not be so keen on doing that because the high levels of saliva are your enemy to protein digestion and normal stomach function.
High doses of vitamin B12 eg Methylcobalamin can be helpful. High doses as in 20mg+ a day. That suppresses the immune function, especially IgE (allergic) antibody responses. This information used to be on Wikipedia until someone edited it out, no guesses as to who did that. I am glad that I read it before it was removed.
High dose Biotin might help your skin, particularly the dryness. I used to get dryness a lot before I increased my biotin intake. It's not gone entirely but it is much better now.
