Re: MY CURE FOR EC (3 days time)
There's a standard blood test for zinc, but sometimes my levels showed as normal while other times my levels showed as low. You really need to fast for vitamin/mineral tests. I think the best test is this one expensive one I had which showed if I was absorbing vitamins/minerals. This test showed that I wasn't absorbing vitamin A and that I was low on zinc.
I would also have a blood test for copper just to check if your levels are high since that can cause anxiety. Decreasing your zinc levels usually increases your copper levels and increasing your zinc levels usually decreases your copper levels.
Coventional doctors aren't trained in medical school to use food or vitamins as healing...they're trained to prescribe drugs and pharmaceutical representatives meet with them instead of people trained in symptoms of vitamin/mineral deficiencies.
I must say that vitamin A malabsorption is hard to spot since the standard blood test showed normal because it was in my blood but just not getting absorbed by my intestines.
I haven't researched which blood labs are most reliable. This could be a factor as well since I had one doctor who sent blood tests to a specific lab out of state since he didn't trust the results of local labs. However, this resulted in me owing money to the out-of-state lab for the blood tests since my insurance didn't participate with them.
