What test do you recommend to ask for from the GP to test for Zinc levels? Shall I simply vaguely ask to have Zinc levels checked, a particular blood test, or perhaps for T-Suppressor cells?

Unless otherwise advised, I'll probably ask for Zinc levels to be checked. But I ask because often doctors don't try hard to identify the best means of action. Sometimes they even disregard your suggestion, but it depends on the person. Tweet
