I know this is an old thread...but anyways...

I have had PCOS since june 2009 (ovarian cysts)

From 2010/2011, I changed my diet and intermittent fasted every second day no food. with the exception of illness and journeys/travel/holidays. It coming up to 7 years that I have been doing so.

During this time i have done many full three day dry fast, so many I could not count... about a good dozen or so Water Fasts with the longer ones being 8-10 days, and pineapple fasts for 3 weeks, water mellon fasts for a week... as I type this I am on a day five of a 30 day fast... I hope this fast will really teach them a lesson.

so far nothing has cleared my cysts up. as soon as one goes another few pop up... I'm not overweight, the naturopath is actually envious of how good my organic diet is, and all tests show I am in hormone harmony... (i did suffer from cortisol issues but its all sorted now thank God)

I believe that its completely up to the Creator to heal a person. He gives such ailments as a test of our patience and if we will seek His help and do our best or give up... He can cure a person through what one could never perceive to be the cure. As long as one is striving in the right way with the intention to do their best to seek a cure.

My last fast gave me so much peace and contentment with the cysts and so much conviction that the Creator will look after me, and sustain me with what I need..

I am dubious if this 30 days will do anything for my cyst but at least I will know with certainty that I gave it my best shot.
