I really want to do a longer one, but will not set a number of days, since I had trouble with my muscles last time.
I did not start a new fast yet, but it will be soon. I could go 1-2 kg more by eating plenty avocados and nuts, don't like bulking though.
Plans are generally to expend as little energy as I possibly can during the fast - staying warm, resting, but moving a bit so the lymph moves and and the muscles don't get too much out of shape - maybe some light yoga. Planning to skip going outside altogether, the winter is here and heavily under the point of freezing.
I'll do intestinal clean up before, since last time it worked so well.
