Stop with acting crazy is my advice. You want to live a normal life [life is not that long] then do your part and stop acting wierd by trying to not move you lips avoiding water and saliva.You can live a normal life even if this incurable disease i recomend saliva and water it works trust me i used to be wierd like you not as extreme. Now im better
